When Charlie Walbridge closed Wildwater Designs in 1995, NRS’s Bill Parks approached him about becoming the NRS Eastern Outfitter Field Rep. Charlie has nobly filled that job ever since, but has now decided to hang it up and enjoy a much deserved retirement.
