NRS: Northwest River Supplies
Duct Tape Diaries

Rob Lyon

Rob is a free-lance adventure journalist who typically works within his bioregion, dividing his time between the wilderness seacoast of BC, the high deserts of the Northwest and the lakes and streams of the North Cascades. He lives with his artist wife Pamela in the San Juan Islands where they use solar energy, have several large ponds with fish, a huge garden and a disc golf course. They eat organically and locally (locavore is a new word describing that practice) as much as possible. Rob has two books and many articles to his credit. He is a long-time student of metaphysics and currently finding his way in the practice of zazen.
