I\u2019ll be honest, after writing somewhere between \u201ca lot\u201d and \u201ctoo many\u201d articles about rafting, I\u2019ve run short on ideas. My \u201calgorithm\u201d has mostly followed a few formulas:<\/p>\n

Dad + Wife + Kids = The theme that even if the plan isn\u2019t executed perfectly\u2014and it never will be\u2014it\u2019s still great to get outside and enjoy time together.<\/p>\n

Friends + Adult-Onset ADHD + Alcohol = Chaotic fun surrounded by gorgeous nature.<\/p>\n

Me + Random Strangers = A story about how strangers become friends with a little reflection woven through on how bad it could<\/em> have gone.<\/p>\n

Slowly, however, my material has dried up. My children have grown, I\u2019ve quit drinking so much, and permits have become harder to win.<\/p>\n

More than anything, it comes down to perspective. While there are an infinite number of things to write about rivers and rafting,\u00a0there are a \u201cfinite\u201d number of things for me<\/em> to write about this subject.<\/p>\n

So why not use an AI? Not only can Artificial Intelligence Language Models generate a rafting story, but they can also generate from different perspectives, in different styles. And now, as an added bonus, AI can also generate fake photos. No longer will the content editor have to ask me, \u201c\u2026but do you have photos?\u201d (You\u2019re welcome, Ashley.) Of course, I have pictures.<\/p>\n
