Zachary Podmore grew up in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, near the Colorado River. He hopes to build upon the recently completed “source to sea” kayak trip by continuing to paddle rivers and to investigate water issues facing the Southwest. He graduated from Colorado College in 2011 with a degree in philosophy.
