Born in Hamilton, Ohio, LJ Groth now calls Curarrehue, Chile home. An avid kayaker, LJ is the event organizer of PuescoFest, an annual celebration of Chile's Puesco River. He's also the Owner-Operator at Escape, a bi-lingual guide service to local and international tourists of all ages on the rivers, lakes, hot springs and trails in and around the quaint mountain village of Curarrehue, in the IX Region of Chile.
