“The rapid that makes me the most nervous on the Raquette River is always Colton Falls. [But] if you start your day off with some clean lines and a really strong boof off that first ledge, you’re gonna have a great day.”

With six scheduled releases through the end of summer, the Raquette River is something Tony looks forward to throughout the year. Even better, he’s got a crew of friends guaranteed to be on the water. And as he and his crew have grown up and priorities have shifted to careers and families, that time on the river has become incredibly valuable.

“I’m not kayaking as much as I used to but what I am kayaking is high quality with my best friends that I really don’t take for granted.”
