Devon Barker-Hicks

Devon Barker-Hicks is a former USA Kayak Freestyle Team member and World Surf Kayaking champion. She teaches kayaking for Barker River Trips in Riggins, Idaho. She's also the founder of Dare to Kayak, a program that teaches kids to find exciting alternatives to abusing drugs.
